Prepare your event in MyReview

  • addlangs: This allows to add a new language choice to the MyReview users. Note that you must import the set of translations in the new language.
  • Namespaces: Manage translation namespaces. MyReview comes with a pre-defined set of namespaces, you should’nt have to modify them.
  • Manage translations:  This choice alows you to change the texts displayed in the MyReview pages.
  • Export translations: Get the translation as an XML file.
  • Import translations: Import translations from an XML file.
  • configuration form : The configuration forms, which lets you modify the parameters for your specific setting.
  • Research topics: Define the list of research topics that help to classify the submissions.
  • Required files:  Define the list of the files that must be uploaded by authors at each phase of a submission.
  • Manage users:  Manage the users, and create your program committee. There exists three possible roles:
  1.  Authors (role ’A’) can submit papers, manage their profile and follow their submissions through the Author console.
  2.  Reviewers (role ’R’) can download papers, evaluate them through the review form, and participate to discussions on the fate of papers.
  3.  Chairs (role ’C’) is the most important role. It covers many task, from the configuration of the system to the monitoring of submissions and the final decision on the status of submissions.
  • Send an invitation to reviewers: This invites reviewers to accept/decline the invitation to be part of the PC. A reviewer that accepts can complete her/his profile, including the list of preferred topics.
  • Abstract structure:  Define the structure of abstracts submitted by author (= a list of sections).
  • Criteria:  Define the list of evaluation criteria, along with their weights. Reviewers will be ask to provide a mark for each criteria.
  • Paper questions: Manage the admin-defined list of additional questions asked to an author when a paper is submitted.
  • Review questions: Manage the admin-defined list of additional questions asked to a reviewer when a paper is evaluated.
  • Status codes:  Define the list of status that can be assigned to a paper as a result of its evaluation: accepted, rejected, poster, short paper, etc.
  • SQL queries: A form that lets you enter and process read-only SQL queries on the MyReview database.
