Manage different menu’s (submission, assignment, selection, program and register) in MyReview

SUBMISSION MENU

  • List of submitted papers: Shows the list of current submissions.
  • List of authors: Shows the list of people that submitted one or several papers.
  • Close the submission phase: This will prevent any additional submission by keeping users any access to the submission form.
  • Impersonate another user: Take the identity of another user.

ASSIGNMENT MENU

  • Compute preferences and conflicts: This option must be run when the submission phase is over. It computes an estimate of the preferences and conflicts of reviewers wrt the set of submitted papers.
  • Send a mail to reviewers, asking for their preferences on the submitted papers: This invites reviewers to browse through the list of submitted papers, in order to provide a level of preference for each.
  • Compute the automatic assignment of papers; This function determines an optimal assignment of papers to reviewers, based either on the reviewers (preference-based) or on the topics (topic-based).
  • Manual assignment – check and modify: You can manually adjust the paper assignments.
  • Start the reviewing phase: This sends a mail to all reviewers, with review instructions. Should be done once the assignments are completed.

SELECTION MENU

  • Status of papers: Monitor the reviewing process and assign a status to papers.
  • List of papers with status “reject”
  • List of papers with status “accept”
  • Send the notification message to all authors: This sends a message to all contact authors, with a notification of their submission status and the anonymous reviews.

PROGRAM MENU

  • Define the slots of the conference: Creates time slots for paper sessions.
  • Define the sessions of the conference: Create sessions and assign them to time slots.
  • Assign accepted papers to sessions: Define the content of session from the list of accepted papers.
  • Conference program: Display the content of the program.
  • List of abstracts: Display the list of abstracts, oredered by session.
  • List of authors: Display the list of authors, oredered by name, with reference to their papers.
  • Produce the Latex documents (proceedings, booklets, etc.): Instantiate the LaTeX templates of the documents associated to the program.

REGISTER MENU

  • Registration choices: Define a list of question associated to the registration process.
  • List of attendees: Shows the current list of attendees.
  • Send a free message to all attendees: This shows a form that lets you enter a message to all the user that submitted a registration.
